A thread on what we’ve been quietly building at SHK Global Ventures — and why the four IPs we’ve created aren’t just separate projects, but one interconnected machine.

Over the last several years, I’ve spent a lot of time asking one question: why does India’s real estate and investment world still operate in silos?

Developers who can’t find the right capital. Investors who can’t find credible deal flow. HNIs and NRIs who want to invest in luxury real estate but can’t access reliable intelligence. Young entrepreneurs and professionals who want to learn from the people who’ve built great businesses — but those conversations happen behind closed doors.

We decided to build the infrastructure to change that.

At SHK Global Ventures, we have now built four distinct but deeply integrated platforms. Together, they form what I believe is one of India’s most complete real estate, investment and PropTech ecosystems. Here’s the full picture.

PLATFORM 02 — REAL IQ Luxury Residential Intelligence & Discovery Platform

If The HashTag Show is the voice of the ecosystem, REAL IQ is its intelligence layer.

PLATFORM 03 — ASIA PROPTECH FORUM Edition 6 — Bengaluru × Global Startup Summit 2026

Now in its sixth edition, the Asia PropTech Forum is our mutiple gathering of the minds that are reshaping how real estate is built, transacted, and experienced through technology.

This year, Asia PropTech Forum returns as a side-event of the Global Startup Summit, Bengaluru 2026 — one of India’s most respected multi-city startup gatherings, with a track record across Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru & Hyderabad
