Why did we start on this journey?

With over three decades of experience in branding, marketing, and investment banking across industries such as real estate, media, entertainment, and emerging technologies, I realised the pressing need for transformation within the Indian real estate sector.

Despite decades of success and closing major deals, I was still labelled as a “Broker," which made me reflect on the industry's failure to properly recognize and appreciate the contributions of channel partners. They are pivotal, and yet their role often goes unnoticed.

Determined to change this narrative, I set out to leverage the strong relationships I have built over the last 30+ years and to challenge the status quo in Indian real estate.

This journey marks my transition from being seen as a broker to establishing myself as an entrepreneur, with a vision to transform the Indian real estate landscape by driving innovation and facilitating growth capital.

Our journey began with a mission to create a purpose-led organisation that empowers the youth of this country, who we believe are already the backbone of our business community.

They possess the potential; our role is to offer them the opportunities and platforms they need to thrive. Through the concept of "Intern to Incubate," we aim to nurture their talents and entrepreneurial spirit, turning passion into impactful ventures.

Transitioning from an intern to a Lead Strategy and Product Manager at SHK Global Ventures has been a transformative experience. Six months ago, I joined a team driven by the vision of revolutionising wealth maximisation. Today, I’m proud to announce the birth of WealthiGO, a B2B wealth maximisation ecosystem crafted alongside a team of passionate individuals.

Embarking on this corporate journey, I find myself surrounded by industry giants who generously share their wisdom in technology and Investment. None of this would have been possible without the unwavering support of Sangeet Hemant Kumar 🔶 who believed in my potential from day one and continues to fuel my growth trajectory.

As I embrace this new chapter, I’m reminded of the power of persistence and mentorship. Each challenge conquered and milestone achieved is a testament of the collective spirit of our team. I’m filled with gratitude for the opportunities that lie ahead.

Stepping Up: Embracing a New Role at SHK Global Ventures

I am delighted to share that I have recently been promoted to the role of ‘Marketing Lead and Content Strategist’ at SHK Global Ventures , after starting my corporate journey here as a PR and Media Associate.

This journey has been an incredible learning experience, I have started working in the month of February filled with growth, challenges, and invaluable lessons. I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to work alongside such a dedicated team, Vartika Agarwal, Vikramaditya Hiran, Varun Salvi, Yash Kadu enhancing my career and expanding my creative horizons.
